Following the completion of a Pre-Construction Service Agreement to meet the clients requirements we have successfully negotiated the extension of the Audi Workshop in Southampton for our repeat Client Harwoods Group.
Pre-Con works saw Square One manage the design process to Stage 4 with the preferred design team HNW Architects and Scott White Hookins Engineers.
The tender has been negotiated on an ‘open book’ basis as previous schemes with Harwoods and is due to commence on site mid October.
The project includes an extension to the existing workshop to create a smart repair / prep area with specailist spraybooth. We will be working closely with the dealership to ensure the workshop remains operational throughout the project.
