Square One were recently appointed to this Harwoods Chichester project.
This scheme includes internal demolition and construction in the workshop area as well as construction of new valet building with changes in ground levels and drainage.
The proposed scheme comprises generally;
- The showrooms must remain fully operational
- Strip out, demolition and conversion of the workshop as the tender drawings
- Construction of a 7 bay valet separate building
- External works to change levels
- New surface and foul drainage
- Co-ordination with Harwoods supplied / installed items
