Progress on both sites has been productive since we started with the general clearance of the whole site making way for vibro piling of all 8 units that we are to construct.
Once this was completed, the steel frame commenced on time.
We have new contractors for both steel and cladding on these projects that we have been looking to try out for some time and both have been co-operative though the design process and the steel frame erection was dealt with very efficiently.
