Following the completion Porsche Tewkesbury we began negotiations with NC Architects to build a new Porsche dealership on the same site as the Dick Lovett Ferrari and Maserati which we had completed in 2012.
The brief was to replicate the footprint of Tewkesbury and on this basis, negotiate with the same contractor base for the main construction elements.
SOC Ltd negotiated the steel, curtain walling, cladding, roofing, mechanical and electrical packages at the same costs as had been agreed for the Tewkesbury project.
Progress in the first 12 weeks has been in line with expectations helped by reasonable weather over this period.
