Week 15 of our project with Dick Lovett and good progress over the past weeks and making good use of the recent dry weather.
Roofing and cladding have been completed except for work to the some of the parapets and the ACM cladding, which we are not installing until most of the groundworks are completed around the building to avoid potential damage to these panels.
The steel frame was completed one week ahead of programme.
The ground work contractor continues to make good progress around the site with the perimeter kerbs being laid and base course and block paving being brought forward in the programme before the ACM panelling starts
Internally, all the slabs have been laid and work to install the lift cassettes is ongoing in the workshop.
Week 12 saw the commencement of the M&E first week, the metal stud partitions and all three contractors have made significant progress over the past three weeks.
