Progress on the project has been good during the opening weeks and in particular to the new body shop area where the new spray ovens are well on schedule.
The whole area has had a lighting lift as the existing roof lights have now been replaced with new ones and the difference was immediate!
We are working closely with Dick Lovett’s bodyshop contractors in sequencing their works in with the mechanical and electrical installations which form the bulk of the project works. This also includes agreeing with the client a schedule of equipment that will be transferred from their existing premises without disruption to their business there.
Back of house the transformation has been as notable with new reception and office areas being created as well as additional toilet facilities for the technicians.
We are on schedule for a handover 27 August including assisting the client with their transition from their existing facility.
