Project Update – Canteen Extension & Office Refurbishment Swindon
Work is progressing a programmed at our canteen extension and office refurbishment project in Swindon. Extension is up and cladding complete with the windows due to be installed ready for the Christmas break. Over-cladding to office building complete and internals striped out ready for new finishes. Works due for completion Q1 2023.

Works are progressing well at our care home project; Phase 1 has been completed to allow early occupation and Phase 2 is nearing completion. External works to create a block paved visitors car parking area will be commencing next week.

Work’s progressing as programmed on our GP Practice refurbishment project in Crouch End. First phase of Consultation Rooms handed over ready for occupation.

Busy site at Robins & Day Wimbledon! Works are progressing well in all areas of the site. Roof car park waterproofing works complete, external cladding complete and M&E first fix progressing well in new showroom area. Service Reception area is complete and ready for handover to the Client.
Project Update – Harwoods Audi Showroom Portsmouth
Work’s well underway at our Portsmouth Audi site on behalf of Harwoods Group. The conversion of the existing dealership into new CI compliant showroom facility is the first phase of the redevelopment project. Structural works associated with new mezzanine floor are complete and first fix M&E progressing well.
