Week 19 and again it’s good to report good progress on this exciting project despite the high temperatures we have experienced through June.
The groundwork contractor continues to get their block paving laid around the building and the team plan to start base course of the tarmac over the next two weeks.
Internally, the three dominant contractors, the M&E plus the drylining contractor continue to work well together and progress has been good on all three fronts, particularly in the showroom.
The external glazing is almost completed and we have put protection on both the inside and outside to prevent damage.
The cladding contractor has left site, having completed all their works with the exception of the ACM panelling which is targeted to start late July.
