Works finally started on this project after some 2 years of discussions and various schemes put on the table!
Moorfield House,a two storey traditionally built brick building ,previously a contractors office, is being transformed into a wash and valet building for Inchcape’s Lexus and Toyota dealerships located across the road.
Square One Construction started in January and works include demolition of the majority of the internal walls at ground floor level to facilitate the new wash and dry prep areas.
The rear of the building is being opened up in seven locations to allow for access by means of new high bay doors.
