The project comprises refurbishment of the existing BMW and MINI showroom building including car storage in the existing workshop area and a new area of first floor and conversion of an adjacent warehouse unit into a workshop with associated services and external works.
The proposed workshop is to have the cladding over sprayed on the front and end elevation with new personnel doors to the rear elevation.
The intention is for these works to be carried out without encroaching on the railway boundary at the rear of the building. The Client is to move into alternative accommodation during the project, and we will have sole possession.
