SOC have been awarded two new projects in Redhill, one for Service Plus and Praetorian Properties with both sites adjoining each other.
The project for Service Plus is construction of a single unit to allow them to relocate from their existing premises just a few hundred metres away.
The project for Praetorian Properties is in two phases and is to build a total of seven units for lease.
SOC started Service Plus on 19 April with planned completion in September 14 with phase one of Praetorian due to be completed in October 14 having started 2 weeks later.
Both projects bring SOC working with Fibonacci Architects from Epsom whom we have worked with on a number of occasions over the years.
