New Project – Audi Workshop Extension, Southampton
Following the completion of a Pre-Construction Service Agreement to meet the clients requirements we have successfully negotiated the extension of the Audi Workshop in Southampton for our repeat Client Harwoods Group.
New Project – Harwoods Ineos Showroom Portsmouth
Work has recently commenced on site at our new Ineos dealership project in Portsmouth on behalf of Harwoods Group. The new build showroom and workshop facility is due for completion Q2 2023. Foundations are in ready for the steel frame to arrive early January.
New Project – Stellantis & You Chelmsford
Another project secured with repeat client Stellentis & You. This one is a refurbishment of the Peugeot dealership in Chelmsford introducing the Citroen brand to the site. Great progress Week 1 with the striping out works complete and fit-out commenced. The two phased project is due for completion February 2023.
New Project – Marshalls Audi South-East London

We are pleased to announce that we have recently secured the 21-bed care home extension with new Client Old Raven Ltd. The project commences with demolition from the 25th October 2021 and is programmed for completion summer 2022.
