Square One have recently completed this Cat B Fit-out of a two-storey office and warehouse facility for Oil Spill Response (OSRL) in Southampton.
This project involved the comprehensive design and fit-out of a two-storey office and warehouse facility. The scheme focused on transforming an existing open-plan base-build structure into a fully operational and high-specification workspace, tailored to the client’s operational and technical needs.
Works included the completion and extension of the existing base-build mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring full integration and compliance with current building standards. Internally, the fit-out provided high-quality office environments, meeting rooms, welfare facilities, and warehouse accommodation.
The project also encompassed associated external works, including the construction of parking areas and the installation of new drainage systems to support the building’s enhanced usage.
