The work comprised the removal of various external sheds and enclosures and replacement with a purpose-built 7-bay valet and vehicle preparation facility.
The new building was constructed with silver / light grey vertical metal cladding to match the existing building giving the southern and eastern facades a uniform appearance.
We also reconfigured the vehicle workshop facility to meet Jaguar Land Rover and Aston Martin current standards, which included the removal of the vehicle access doors from the customer arrival area and installation of new workshop doors via the rear elevation, and dedicated customer reception with a feature entrance.
External drainage to meet the requirements of the valet wash facility, and additional customer toilets. External levels were modified to provided level entry into the workshop.
The existing showrooms had to remain fully operational during the works.
