Kia – Plymouth

The existing site comprised of two showroom buildings that had been developed from an original petrol station forecourt. The project saw the demolition of one building and partial demolition of the other to make way for the new, larger single dealership building incorporating handover and valet facilities.

The challenging site required significant groundworks and sub level retaining wall structures to enable construction of the new split level showroom building while at the same time re-working the remaining section of the original steel structure.

The new facility was clad and finished in line with the latest Kia branding while re-modelled hardstandings around the building provided dedicated display areas for new and used vehicles, in addition to EV charging and extended customer parking areas.
