The new Showroom and workshop facility located on the Portsmouth Motor Park sees the final phase of our recent multi-plot redevelopment for Harwoods Group.
This design and build contract was secured by negotiation and constructed on a live site.
A new bold and highly sustainable development this site is reflective of the new brand aesthetic for Harwoods Group and is one of the first new-build sites for the INEOS brand.
Works included a modern yet purposeful two car showroom and workshop space, a mezzanine floor as well as external customer parking spaces, external car display areas and ‘back of house’ external vehicle service access.
